How to Order & Flow of the Day
1, Meet the driver at meeting spot
After completing baggage claim and customs inspection at the airport, please proceed to the arrival gate.The driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting location, holding a name board.
We monitor the arrival time of the plane, and in case of any changes, whether it be earlier or later, we will adjust the meeting time accordingly. Please rest assured.
2, Move to the parking area
The driver will accompany you to the parking area where the vehicle is located.
Please rest assured that the driver will assist you with any heavy suitcases or luggage you may have.
3, Load luggage and head to the hotel
An experienced driver will safely and comfortably transport customers from Kansai Airport to hotels, vacation rentals such as Air BnB, guesthouses and private homes and rooms. The approximate time from Kansai International Airport(KIX) to major city is as below:
- Osaka city – 60min
- Nara city – 70min
- Kobe city – 70min

4, Arrive at the destination
